website (MOSS) provide various services and features, the use of
which are subject to the following terms and conditions which you
will be deemed to have accepted if you make use of any of the services
provided.
Siliconnet Technology Sdn Bhd (SNT) reserves the right to amend or update the following terms
and conditions without prior notice to you.
The following terms and conditions are in addition to and are
not in substitutuion for the Service Providers' own terms and
conditions which may vary or differ from Service to Service.
It is the responsibility of users to check SNT's and the Service
Provider's current terms and conditions.
REGISTRATION
You will
be required to register for certain Services by providing true,
accurate, current and complete information as may be required by
the Service Provider.
It
will be the responsibility of users to update such information.
SNT
reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the account
of any users and to refuse any current or future use of the Services
if it is suspected that any information provided by users is untrue,
inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete.
CONTENTS
The
contents of MOSS comprise information, data, text, software, sound,
photographs, graphics or other materials provided and maintained
by individual Service Providers and not by SNT.
SNT
does not control the Contents of MOSS posted or maintained by other
Service Providers and as such, SNT does not guarantee the accuracy,
integrity or quality of such contents.
NO DUPLICATION OR RESALE
Users
are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, unlawfully
modify, redistribute link or exploit in any manner whatsoever the
Contents and Services of MOSS or any part thereof, or the use of
or access to such Contents and Services.
MODIFICATIONS
SNT
reserves the right to modify suspend or discontinue, temporarily
or permanently, the Contents and Services (or any part thereof)
of MOSS at any time without prior notice to users.
SNT
disclaims all liability for any losses or damages, caused or alleged
to be caused by or arising out of any modification, suspension or
discontinuance of the Contents and Services of MOSS.
LINKS
Users
are put on notice that unauthorized third parties may provide links
between MOSS and other websites or resources over which SNT may
not have any control.

addition to and not in derogation of the specific disclaimers above,
SNT disclaims all liability for any losses or damages caused or alleged
to be caused by or arising out of the Contents and Services of MOSS
or the use thereof or the access thereto. SNT
gives no warranty that:-

the Services provided in MOSS will meet your requirements;
(b) the
Services will be timely, secure, error-free, uninterrupted with guaranteed
up time;
(c)
the accuracy and reliability of the Contents or Services that you
purchased or obtained from or through MOSS; and
(d) the
Contents that are obtained from or through MOSS are virus-free.
