MAKSAK Badminton Affiliated Clubs

Badminton Team Tournament 2001

badminton team tournament was organised by MAKSAK Sarawak for its affiliated clubs from the 6th to 25 August 2001. The winners will represent MAKSAK Sarawak in the national tournament which will take place in Kuala Lumpur from the 28th to 30th September 2001.

The closing and prize presentation ceremony was officiated by Encik Sayed Ismail Datuk Wan Hashim, Assistant Secretary MAKSAK Sarawak on 26 August 2001 at the Police Sports Complex, Tabuan Jaya. Encik Sayed was representing Sarawak’s MAKSAK head, YB Datuk Amar Haji Abdul Aziz Husain.

A total of 45 teams, 7 of which are ladies competed in the tournament. The winning teams who will represent Sarawak in the national tournament are:
