At the closing of the Management Development Programme for 27 Grade 3 officers
with more than 5 years service in the State Public Service, the Deputy State Secretary
for Planning and Development, YBhg Datu Wilson Baya Dandot advised the
graduates to bear in mind the challenges posed to officers who aspire to be leaders in
their respective departments.
