The State Civil Service Hotline, TALIKHIDMAT, have continually received calls from members of the public regarding services rendered by government departments and agencies in Sarawak.

The following are some of the calls received in 2001 and the action taken to redress the problems brought up. If you see anything that needs immediate attention by government departments and agencies (e.g. anything that may be disruptive or could possibly cause harm to the public such as fallen trees, vandalised public phones and other amenities, etc.), please do not hesitate to call TALIKHIDMAT on 555999.
